The 38th edition of the International Exhibition for Information and Communications Technology

Sviaz 2026 takes place within Russian Week of High Technologies, which also includes the Navitech Display of Navigation Systems, Technologies and Services and the special Exposition of Consumer Electronics.

Russian Week of High Technologies is included in the Science and Business Initiative of the Russian Decade of Science and Technology.

Show highlights

The Russian regional pavilions will be organised with the support of the Kaluga Region Business Development Agency and the Export Support Center of the Republic of Buryatia.

Rosel (part of the Rostec State Corporation) will demonstrate telecom equipment and Russian-made electronic components for communication systems. Other exhibits at the stand will include ISN415 and ISN505 series service routers, which Russian equipment for corporate networks, ultra-precise quartz resonators and generators for radio transmitters and microcontrollers, and fiber-optic cable with contactless data transmission technology.

This year, the exhibition will focus on landline network systems and equipment, communication cables and line and cable equipment, network infrastructure, telecom technologies, and data centers, including equipment and software for them.

The number of cybersecurity solutions will almost double. The range of equipment for satellite, mobile, and radio communications will significantly increase. There will be also an increase in the number of offers for communication services, data and contact centers.

The Navitech special display of navigation systems, technologies and services will host Russian companies, which will present solutions for navigation and monitoring of motor transport, remote sensing of the Earth, high-precision satellite navigation, fleet management, construction of intelligent transport information systems, and navigation inside buildings (indoor positioning systems).

Conference programme

The programme’s key event will the Sviaz Forum, dedicated to a wide range of relevant issues. Its opening event will be the Plenary Session on Telecommunications as the Basis of Technological Sovereignty.

The participating experts will discuss the topics of digital sovereignty and security, telecom as an important element of supporting national projects, evolution of regulation, i.e., how laws can keep up with technology, the role of government support and science in the development of telecom equipment, and AI and the improvement of the telecom industry.

The Russian State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education and EXPOCENTRE will join forces to organise the Strategic Session on Research and Universities as Drivers of Development of the Telecom Industry, and the Scientific and Technological Development of Russia in the Context of New Challenges: Priorities, Personnel, Laws Íàó÷íî.
